Sorry for the late reply.
No demo is planned at the moment.
If I'm being very discreet, maybe it's because I'm so busy developing version 6.
Since release 5, I've modified about 90% of the code and that requires a lot of work. Maybe I should spend more time on communication... or not!
As for support... I respond to everyone as soon as there's a problem... free support, free upgrades. I'm not sure that many video games aren't as well supported.
