On the superficial side, changes in warm weather VS cold weather uniforms.
Also, it would be more interesting/realistic to further differentiate the foot artillery VS horse artillery.  In terms of lumber/unlumber speed or movement speed, they don't seem to behave any different at the moment..

Movement speed for Horse /Foot artillry is different.
That said, for corp movment, each unit uses the corp speed and so moves at the same speed.
