General Alfière, after the Battle, the host has to send to the Supervisor a summary of the battle (participants and conditions) and the end red screen shot of the battle indicating the possible levels of victory...
He can, too, conclude the thread opened about the Battle by publishing the same elements...
For the Simple Battle Mode, the alternation is not compulsory, a participant can play such or such side as often as he wants...
On the other hand, in the Mirror Battle Mode, it is compulsory to play, on the same map and by exchanging the OOBs, one time the French and the other time the Coalition... 

Major Gazfun, there is no concerns with the equity !! 
It is specified well that both participants in a battle can and have to agree about the options of game...
Nothing prevents you from challenging by specifying,
for example : no Old Guard, using Napoleon Lannes or Davout is forbidden ...
Even to build you even the proposed OOBs...

And it's the same when we meet a challenge, the discussion of the options has to take place !
I indicate you, furthermore, that General Belliard challenged in TCP / IP without choosing option or side and that General Gunner challenged in mirror and in PBEM....

My memory is enough refreshed to know that this kind of debate is unlimited and allows the expression of all bad livers !
This place is there to allow all to be able to meet players and organize battles, ranking and competition are not the main part...
Everything can work, I know it, if every player understands that everything can be discuss, between officer and gentleman, to privilege the good agreement and the pleasure to play...

*Deux en PBEM : Un Simple et un Miroir
*Trois en TCP/IP : UN Simple et deux libres....
Je pense que cela laisse un choix suffisant, et, pour que vive cette League, je souhaiterais que ces défis soient relevés avant que d'autres soient lancés...

Comme vous le dîtes, cher ami, et comme dans votre exemple, dans ce titre, doit apparaitre, (et apparait) :
Le nom de celui qui lance le défi / Le Type de jeu (TCP-IP ou PBEM) / le mode de jeu (simple ou miroir)
Puis, à l'int érieur du premier message : Le ratio / La carte / les ODBs / les options...

In PBEM players will have two months to finish their battle.

can be any longer, like 6 months or at least 4 months ? cause some players play a fast some play a slower game, pbem is for that already.

And second question, is it possible to give the defeated players just a symbolic point just for their participation ? both for tcp/ip and pbem games. Like 1 point for tcp/ip and 2 points (as they are very small compared to points victors get) for pbems like they contiue for 2 months more or less.

To participate in a battle without marking any point is rare!
It is necessary, for it, to be undone in both criteria: strategic and tactical... However, 1 point of participation is granted, for everybody and allows not to lose its chances in the competition " among meetings "...
