I think I have solved the problem for those who can join but not Host. So for this method has worked 100%
First follow Dougie's Steps for configuring the 21205 Ports in Windows Firewall.
Then follow my steps for manually opening the Ports in the Router
Je pense que j'ai résolu le problème pour ceux qui peuvent se joindre à, mais pas l'hôte. Ainsi pour cette méthode a travaillé à 100 %
Tout d'abord suivre étapes de Dougie permettant de configurer les 21205 Ports dans le pare-feu Windows.
Puis suivre mes étapes d'ouverture manuellement les Ports dans le routeur
