Returning Player and recent Patch

All,

I bought the game back in June and for a variety of reasons I've been away from it after playing a couple of times...I've noticed that there have been several patches released since June and was wondering if I need to download of them or does the most recent include everything before it, at least in the 5B series?

You just need from DEPOT > Official Patches :

Full Patches 03a ( cummulative patch)

then

Patch 03b (RC5) recommended after this.

then

Patch Oob editor 03b (RC5) will fix an  OOB bug
