Also in the game: with RC4 the "histwar" musics plays during the battle. How can we switch it off?

OoB Editor : ALT + S to switch ON/OFF
Map Editor : ALT + P/M to increase/decrease the sound
Doctrine : A text in the main page of the editor

For the 2 first editors, take a look at the Help page.
That said, tables about the shortcuts are in the editor manual (page 42 / 70)
