How do I post screen saves to the forum?

You have to use Paint for to load screen BMP and to save screens in format JPG (JPEG) .
Sometimes also with JPG the pic is big , you must reduce resolution (the best is 800x600 pixels),but is good also 1024 x800 pixels, always with Paint.
Then under the editor for post , hit with mouse (+) for option and then select the file of your PC .
It is very easy.
