Yes, a good short review. He gets lots of things right, including some positve criticism (like the zoom in 2D - it would be really useful, and does not seem like a big deal... and the problems with overflowing text that exist since the beginning...) and some things not so right (what's the big deal with Directx9 ??), but overall it's great to get 86% !

Armchair General is well known among "serious" wargamers, namely in the USA. Probably some new gamers will get interested and will want to try HWLG.
Now, IMHO it's the right time to hit them with the new demo and the 03a patch, JMM !
