HLG itself does not at presant have a multyplayer site of its own. All organised fighting is through the Clubs. Here is the current campaign map and League/Results table from NBC. We also use custom maps with Victory Points for geographical locations, screen attached

As I said below, MP/Pbem is being fought in the Clubs, I included a link to NBC's "Generals at War".

http://napbc.freeforums.org/lg-generals-at-war-gaw-forum-f97.html

Click on "GAW Meeting Room", introduce yourself and declare for France or the Allies. However most Mp/pbem is on hold for the new Patch which should be released very soon, so it's an ideal time to practice SOLO.  HLG is like a great car, you've got to get the feel of it.

We are doing some SOLO challenge battles Here

They are fun and great for practice, join in ;)

just to make sure:

you can play MP with anyone who agrees to play with you....
it's a direct IP game but that is obvious anyway

there is an opponent finding forum here as well, meaning if you want to find some non-clan-related games, just make a new topic there and I am sure someone will reply!#

http://www.histwar.org/forum/index.php/board,109.0.html

clans maybe make it easier to find battles to fight....but I am also not part of a clan -and never will be...and I do have enough battles going..and could get more if I wanted to ;)

have fun with the game!

you should have received the serial number in an email....if you can't find it there....check the spamfolder....

it may need some time until that email arrives....

alright, i got the serial number and now i launched the game ....
i tried austerlitz as the coalition , i was hoping to play austria but whats this flag ? saxony ? ( well thats the closest thing i can think of )
i had no idea about what to do , so i tried the controls since im at it and they arent easy to use , but not too hard either
i suggest you add a tutorial JMM cause the game seems really hard to learn for a noob like me  :?
anyway guys please get me started !   :D i have no idea about what to do i dont even know how to move a unit or choose a group of units  :?

Hi!

There is a tutorial :D - just look further down in the main menu....and you will see the tutorials  ;)
they're very useful and will get you started....as a first hint: the group you command is either a corps or in smaller battles a division....the AI will handle these groups, but of course you can command all units on their own nevertheless ;)
