2. Do we select "Scenario Austerlitz" and respect initial Corps Deployments?

VICTORY FROM THE JAWS OF DEFEAT

In all the battles I have fought none has tested or surprised me more than this one. It is a testimony to the depth and realism of the simulation "Histwar"

Every thing went wrong. My initial plan had to be scrapped when I saw the enemies deployments.  He then turned my left flank and was close to advancing a Corp on my LOP. He also was pressuring my center.  I was sure I was done for, in desperation I sent Murat's Cavalry Corp supported by the Imperial Guard to counter attack and bolster up my crumbling left flank. The move succeeded beyond my wildest dreams, not only did they halt the rot but turned and routed them.  The pressure on my center eased and I then ordered Soult's Corps to attack to the North East. The Allied army crumbled before me and gave Napoleon a "Significant Tactical & Decisive Strategic" Victory.

And the last one. I forgot to say that I respected the Corps composition of Orendel' oob. I figured if it was good enough for Napoleon, it was good enough for me

Also I found that in the areas I was under pressure, I marched the Emperor through his troubled troops and this made a big difference to their Moral, in fact where the defence was beginning to crumble and rout, they began to hold fast.  I think that this tactic of making sure your CinC stays close to the areas of greatest trouble, can save you from a disaster.

Sorry Alfiere I thought that was the right map, it'll do anyhow. As I said, it was the most engrossing and tricky battle I have fought to date and I can't help feeling I was Lucky

The mystery is that i have taken the LOP for all battle with cavalry without fight.
Allied non defended it.
Although did not affect stratospheric.
Now preparing some screen.

Well done Alfiere, in fact our CEH win ratio was about the same.  Great results seeing that we were well outnumbered. Looking forward to your screens
