Has anyone taken the time to put together a table of contents for the user's guide? And would you share it with the rest of us? An index would also be nice, but I imagine that's too much to hope for. Thanks!

The manuals have a table of contents now.  You can find the manuals in the Documents folder.

I don't think anyone would complain if someone made an index.
