Where is my key?

Downloaded the game 18 hours ago. I have 4 emails, but no key. a little disappointed, The last email received was titled loading key, but the key wasn't  attached. I want to play the game. I have D/L many games and this is first one I haven't able n to play instantly.

This last mail, does it contain a very long string of characters and numbers?
That's your key. Your provider ate the file for some reason.
Follow the instructions posted here to put your key into a .hw file.

hmmm glad you found it. Why is this game so difficult to D/L and it seems to install. Never seen anything like it. Oh well.

hmmm how do you get the URL to work. It would link in via gmail. When I copy it to my address bar I get an error. Using vista any ideas?
