Quick query re resolution modifications

In the game folder we need to adjust the Horizontal and Vertical entries to suit our resolution wishes. The advice is to change these settings in the "inidiag" file---my confusion arises from the fact that this file exists inside the Language Folder and also as an independent Text file in the game folder---do we need to change the entries in both or in just one or the other location.

I have only one initdiag on my install now in 'language', so I'd say it's that one but to be safe & sure make backups of both (rename or copy out) & edit both.
I originally found editing these inis didn't solve my res issues & used nhancer instead (you can search this forum for references to my experiments).
