Well yes, I had just won a war fighting against a Prussian, Austria and Russian Alliance which was pretty beat up by me before winter came, and when winter came, there supply was cut, and there where approximately 250,000 allied troops struggling in the cold in a small area, they foraged and lost about 80,000 due to starvation.
I found that to be a target that I coudnt resist, it was an expensive excercise supplying the troops it forced a surrender as a result.
I would of loved to see that battle done in HWLG

Good information about the state of the flag, I thought it was like because the unit had seen some action, which in a way is correct, but very clever that the state of the flag tells you about the state of the unit, nice touch.
