Whenever I first start a scenario I am still getting a CTD type error. I can get the scenario to work eventually but only after repeated attempts. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64-bit).

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Is it something simple like read-write-modify permissions on a file or something?
