Problem with Layers functionality in HWN 5f RC1

I'm new to HWN and I have patched the game to version 5f RC1. The new 2d map is very nice but I no longer have the layers functionality. I can just see lines when  I draw them but they are very faint, practically invisible. Is this a known issue?

Yes it is Gullwing, and should be fixed in the new patch.

Romain is working on the 3D models and the uniforms... Huge activity with a potential of several thousands of uniforms 
Elie is working on the GUI... Very soon some screenshots about this work...
Just some days of rest for me...
New patch 5f(RC3) on the end of month (final building, marsh/lake fixed,...)
New patch 5g(RC1) with new AIs (Division, Brigade) on the end of September.

Hi Gullwing91,

I see Friant has replied to you:

this is a known issue, as well as the carte.bmp (in the graphic folder).
Last week someone had this same problem happen during a tcp/ip game.
Best thing is to email JMM directly  technique@histwar.com

There are changes coming is what I hear changes could include a patch to
fix these little bugs: JMM won't leave them in .

Right... there is a little bug on the 2D Map...
No sure this one will be fix in the next patch because we are working on several important tasks... but you can be sure this problem will be fixed very soon.

Thank you everyone for being so responsive to a new user. I'm happy, having rolled back to 5e and then patched to 5f RC2 so the layers are working again and I have the new shell as well. Looking forward to new patches when they're done but in the meantime lots to learn.
