Hi everyone.
I'm having some issues with sceniro downloads and editors  my doc editor shows Belgian, Otto and KGL when i look at the doc files through windows but when I launch Hist Doc Editor i do not see the files or in the case of Bel. I see the country listed but cannot create /save a doctrine to it.  Please save me.

Yes.. It seems there is an issue for the last countries...
Wait for the next patch 03x (with a lot of adjustments) ASAP...

Well I got the Belgium Doctrine to finally accept the doc t saved and now it stays in the correct category.  Tried the same solution for Ott Emp and KGL and so far no joy Anybody solve this?
