Can the game by played in MP mode

HI
I am about to order LG and have read on here , no set up for MP paly with the  game ,as i want to play my brother who lives in UAE ,as i do not want to play the game by email.
Is this right that the MP mode is not set up within the game yet ?,

There is a MP game by IP address in Histwar but it's bugged and we are waiting the patch to solve it.

hehe i thought i would be the only one from UAE to own this game  :D
