Hi,

I went to the store last night and bought HWLG - but I answered the bank question wrong three times and the order was not correct. I got an email from HistWarGames:

Your order #712 history
 
There is a problem with your payment for order #712. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
 
Your order will not be shipped until we have resolved this problem.
 
You can review this order and download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your account by clicking "My account" on our Website.

I have tried to contact the shop but no answer yet.

So would you wait or make a new order ?

Hello Mark

I see you order and it has not been completed because of a problem with credit card. Can you please retry to order ? We don't manage the credit card stuff.. It's our bank. So I can't say you why it has not been accepted. But, some people got same message as yours and when trying back to order, it passed... So I guess you can give another try
