Bonsoir,

I must say I was surprised to hear my self in the video.    
The voice commands was out of context though like the first command “sikta” meaning “aim” only they are not aiming.    

The other one I don’t even know what I said.    
If I may say it may self, I think I sounded amateurish  :P
I hope I’ll get the opportunity to revise it during the test.  :wink:  

Nice too see the wheels turning this time.

I have watched and listened the video over and over again and I think I  know now what it is I'm saing.  

It's "Täta...leden" which means "Tighten the ranks". So it's not out of context after all    but it's a very long paus between the two words.  :P

Just to say this first is showing some Les Grognard' formations and units, and all graphical features aren't in place (shadows for soldier, dust, and no smoke, fire,... for figthing...)

If you don't recognize your voice  :P   I think you have to begin the recording again

Very nice.

I slowed it down and thought I detected that when the horses were "cantering"  they were even leading with different legs (as horses will "au naturel").  Did you do this on purpose? or maybe my eyes deceived me.  Well done.

Talking about unsynchronised movement...

For horses to be unsynchronized would be only natural but soldiers in march-column, especially on roads, would be disciplined enough to keep step in march.

At least when I made my military service the officers kept it very clear for us to march left, right, left, right, left, right.....  :P

Yep, horses' legs aren't synchronised... never

For the soldiers, sometimes yes, sometimes no... :wink:
For example, the March of the Guard is always synchronised...
For the other troops, the synchronisation is defined by the cohesion..

Very, very nice indeed!

I cannot wait to see a video with all the features and --say regiments charging each other with the resulting melee (cavalry or infantry.)

I think most of the French troops could be synchronised till 1809, the skills were high in early 19° century wars. Mostly because of regular practice, and to some extend familiarization to war for troops fighting since revolution...

I don't believe "Marie Louises" could be synchronised for long during a battle...
