CD HistWar:LG include latest patch?

Gentlemen,
Just received the HistWar:Les Grognards and manuel des operations.   
Questions;
1.  Does the CD include the latests patch # 03n?   The CD is dated September 2014  and marked "2852".
2.  Is the manual up to date, or should it be ignorned and depend on the manuals in the DEPOT ?
3.  If ever I have need to re-install HistWar:LG from the CD, do I have to use the serial key number?

answers
1: it might be,  download and check the version n
2: there are no updated versions of the manual that I know of the one on the depot is
     what you have in book form
3: you always need to use a serial key n

If you have a functioning game, patched and set up the way you want with special mods
already I would just keep the CD version in its folder and put it away

You get the last version on the CD...

Two files PDF are in the folder Document/Folder in order to give some informations on the News

3.  If ever I have need to re-install HistWar:LG from the CD, do I have to use the serial key number?

The SN is automatically installs from the CD.
