Setting up PBEM

Ah...to feel like a newbie...again and again.

I'm kicking up a PBEM with v.2b

I popped the file in the OoB folder but it wouldn't register when I searched for it from within LG.  Looking at the files in the folder, they all had _A or _B after them, so I added produced a copy of the file (so I had two) and added _A and _B to them.

Now it registered.

When I try to create the PBEM, however, I get:

error file OdB A: 11

No OoB folder, the right folder is Army.

Yup. 

Put the file in Army, no fun.  it's just a .txt file.  Does that matter?
