Have not received key to activate game

Hi there,

now two days have passed and still no key to activate the game. Whom shall I write to? Did  send a mail via the web page yetserday but so far no reply of any kind...

I have bought today the game on-line and didn't receive any mail with the mail to  download it !

Not a nice start !
