URL not working any ideas?

ok is this the URL I need? Can't seem to click on any in my email and when copied to my address bar I get an error....any ideas?
Using Vista.   :?:

hmmm Do I need a FTP program to D/L? Vista doesn't come with one I take it?

Cut and past everything except the file at the end to your URL. I was able to figure that out but I don't why it works. Do you live in the US? I'm not an expert but I do live in the US and I bet the ftp: instead of http: has something to do with it.
